We’re thrilled to share that Valio, the leading dairy company in Finland, partnered with NutriXperts to deliver a tailor-made food safety and quality awareness training program for their diverse infant formula team in Lapinlahti.

“We produce infant formula and ingredients for baby food industry in Lapinlahti and we are continuously looking for ways to improve our productivity and food safety. One of the most important things in production is the food safety awareness of people working in our production lines. We contacted with NutriXperts and asked for a training which would be tailor made for our specific needs. The training was held to a broad heterogenous group of people from different backgrounds including operators and managers. Overall, we are very happy with the quality of the training. Especially the pragmatic approach which included real-life examples were very thought-provoking and practical. We got very good feedback from our people especially from the gemba walks which were included in the training.
