Values become more and more important as the younger generations enters our workspace and customer groups. The time when companies with smart slogans could embrace the values of all working generations is over; if that time ever existed. Even as a loyal baby boomer, it has for me been hard to fully commit to those smart slogans.

NutriXperts are managed by a Gen X and a Baby Boomer. We have established our own values. Those values are mainly focused on how we interact with our clients. It would be great to have your comments to those, please, especially if you are Gen X, Y, or Z.

Nutrixperts Values:

  • Never compromise on consumer safety.
  • Promote industrial excellence in the nutrition industry by providing the safest and the best nutritional products to the final consumers.
  • Promote networking and involvement of the best partners for projects.
  • Always consider the bioavailability and digestibility of nutrients for the consumer’s wellbeing.
  • Meeting or exceeding our customers’ reasonable expectations.
  • Work at eyesight level in a good spirit and atmosphere.
  • Execute customer-oriented consultancy – leave the client system stronger than before we came.
  • Only work with clients and partners that share the same values.
